Perfect Swing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile golf experiences. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website inquiry form and related communications.
Information we collect and how we use it
Our booking request form, hosted by Zoho Bigin, asks for your name, email address, phone number, event name, event date, and estimated number of guests, and gives you a message box for anything else you choose to tell us. We use this information to respond to your request, check availability, prepare a quote, plan your event, and communicate with you about our services.
Who receives information
We use providers, including Zoho for our inquiry form and customer records and GoDaddy for website hosting, to help with record storage, website delivery, and email. We disclose information to these providers as needed for those services. Event personnel or venue contacts may receive details needed to arrange your event. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or needed to handle legal claims or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell or rent information you provide through our inquiry form, give customer lists to other businesses for their own marketing, or upload customer lists to advertising platforms.
Participant waivers
Our participant waivers are hosted by Zoho Forms and open on Zoho's website. The adult waiver collects the participant's first and last name, an optional email address, an optional phone number, agreement to the Assumption of Risk and Liability Release, and a signature. The minor waiver collects the parent or legal guardian's first and last name, the minor participant's first and last name, an optional email address, an optional phone number, agreement to the parent or guardian release, and a signature. We keep the completed waiver as the record of participation and of the signed release.
Cookies and automatic website information
This website is a set of static pages hosted by GoDaddy. GoDaddy keeps standard server logs so the site can be delivered and kept running. Those logs record the IP address, the browser user agent, the page requested, and the time of the request.
We do not use Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, any other analytics or advertising tool, or email open and click tracking on this website. This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own, and no third party tracks visitors across other websites through it.
Because the site sets no tracking cookies, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off, and the site does not respond to those signals.
Our booking request form and our participant waiver forms are hosted by Zoho and open on Zoho's own websites. What those pages collect, and any cookies they set, are covered by Zoho's own privacy notices.
If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and post a new effective date.

Images on this website
Most of the photographs and the home page video on this website are AI-generated renderings of our equipment and the kinds of events we host, made from the manufacturer's drawings of our enclosure. They stand in until real event photography is available. The two photographs of Adam Ruggles are real.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries and events, maintain necessary records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information; no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may verify your identity and retain records required for legal or legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Updates and contact
We will post policy changes with an updated effective date and display a prominent website notice for material changes. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
