Questions about company parties & picnics
When should we book a December date?
Book early to give us the best chance of accommodating your preferred date. Events can generally be booked up to six months in advance, and certain high-demand dates may have different pricing or availability. We will follow up to discuss availability.
Will it fit in our restaurant or office?
The compact indoor tent is 16 feet wide, 6 feet deep and 10 feet tall, with a protected hitting area just outside the front, and needs a level floor and one dedicated 120V outlet. Start with a booking request and we'll confirm the right setup for your space.
Can it run outdoors at a summer picnic?
Yes. The full-size tent needs a level area roughly 16 feet wide by 20 feet deep with 10 feet of clearance, and access to a 120V outlet. We'll discuss weather considerations and any backup location during planning.
Can we run it alongside dinner and speeches?
Golf shots and guest reactions create sound. Let us know about speeches or other quiet moments so we can discuss placement and timing.
