These hours are for your guests to play. Allow approximately one hour before the session for setup and one hour afterward for teardown; neither reduces your booked playing time.
We'll confirm the venue, schedule, and final quote with you before booking. Travel outside our primary service area and premium dates may affect the quote. For recurring or multi-day events, contact us to discuss your plans.
Reserving Your Date
A signed agreement and 50% deposit reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before setup on the day of your event.
Pricing, Deposits, and Cancellations
What does the price include?
Everything: delivery, setup, equipment, clubs, dedicated event host, teardown. There is no separate setup fee, equipment charge or host charge.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Three hours is the minimum, and the three-hour experience is $800.
Is setup and teardown part of my time?
No. Allow about an hour for setup before the event and about an hour for teardown afterward. Neither is part of your booked playing time.
Is there a travel fee?
Not inside Sacramento County or Placer County, our primary service area. For events outside Sacramento or Placer County, contact us for availability and a quote. Depending on the location, a reasonable travel fee may apply.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A signed event agreement and a 50% deposit reserve the date. The remaining balance is due before setup on the event date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before the event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Within 72 hours of the event the full event price is due, because the date and equipment have been reserved and we generally cannot book another event for that time.
Do premium dates cost more?
Events can generally be booked up to six months in advance. Certain high-demand or premium dates may have different pricing or availability.
