Compact Indoor Setup

The golfer stands just outside the front of the tent in a protected hitting area and hits the ball into the screen inside the enclosure. The playing space extends beyond the tent's 6-foot depth to provide room for the golfer and the club's full swing.
Full-Size Setup

For outdoor events or indoor venues with enough space, the full-size tent accommodates the golfer entirely inside. A viewing area at the back of the tent provides space for approximately three observers and the host to watch the golf.
These measurements describe the tent itself. We'll review the complete layout, including the hitting area, swing clearance, viewing area, access, and power, before confirming your event. Both configurations require a level surface and one dedicated 120V electrical outlet.

Foresight Sports GC3 Launch Monitor
Perfect Swing uses a Foresight Sports GC3 launch monitor licensed for commercial use. Its three high-speed cameras capture ball speed, launch angle, and spin, providing detailed shot feedback for golfers who want a closer look at their game.
Questions About Your Setup
Can the simulator be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes. Our convertible tent offers a compact indoor configuration and a full-size configuration for outdoor events or large indoor venues. We'll review your venue to confirm the appropriate setup.
How much space is required?
The compact indoor tent measures 16 feet wide, 6 feet deep, and 10 feet tall, with an additional protected hitting area immediately outside the front. The full-size tent measures 16 feet wide, 20 feet deep, and 10 feet tall; the golfer plays inside, with space at the back for approximately three observers and the host. After your booking request, we'll discuss your venue and confirm the complete layout with you.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Allow approximately one hour before your booking for setup and approximately one hour afterward for teardown. Neither is included in your booked playing time.
What power is required?
Access to one dedicated 120V electrical outlet. We'll review its location and accessibility while planning the setup.
Do guests need to bring golf clubs?
Golf clubs are included. Guests who prefer their own clubs are welcome to bring them.
Is someone from Perfect Swing at the event?
Yes. Every event includes a dedicated host experienced in golf and simulator operation to guide play and help your guests enjoy the experience. Your host manages the simulator from setup through teardown.
What happens if the weather affects an outdoor event?
We'll discuss weather considerations and any backup location during planning. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require changes to the setup or cancellation.
